Ping Vacant Territory Support

Ping allows you to setup a remote “touch-point” button in an HCP office even if there are no representatives to cover that territory. The HCP can easily press the Ping button to initiate a request to your help desk or remote sales force.

If your sales representatives are going out for maternity leave, medical reasons, or there are temporary changes in territories, Ping can cover these length of absences. As your territories change over time, you can quickly update who or where Ping requests should be routed.
